JDA Machining offers offers 3 axis CNC milling along with CNC lathe turning with live tooling capabilities, also manual lathe work for custom 1 off parts and repair work. Standard machining time is $100 an hour with a 3 hour minimum, production parts with quantities over 500 parts per part number/ style will have the minimum charge waved. We can handle prototype work and production style work, with automatic bar feeders on both CNC lathes larger volume runs are a breeze.

Parts and 3D design services are $100 per hour, no minimum charges for design work. All 3D designs created by JDA Machining is the property of JDA Machining, the 3D models can be purchased by the customer once the full design and manufactured parts are finished and paid for in full.

JDA Machining offers Aluminum tig welding, Stainless steel tig welding, Carbon steel tig welding, along with carbon steel mig welding at $120 an hour. General shop rate for material processing and prep work for welding is $85 an hour. Fixturing and jig design work for welding setups are $100 an hour for the initial job, if the welding job is a repeat job the fixturing and jig charge is waved unless there is a design change to the welded parts.

JDA Machining offers custom in house laser engraving and marking on metal items, some plastic materials can be marked also. When files are submitted for the needed lasering work need to be in SVG , AI or DXF format. file conversion can be done in house, all lasering and file conversion fees are $65 an hour, for production style lasering can be quoted per part. Production lasering work will be evaluated before any quoting can be made, if products to be lasered are being provided by the customer there must be setup parts for the lasering process to be proven.
